Town of Morrisville issued the following announcement on Dec. 13.
The Town of Morrisville’s December 14 Town Council meeting will function as its annual “organizational” meeting, which sets the stage for the upcoming year of business. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. An oath of office ceremony will be held for newly elected Town Council members.
The oath of office ceremony will be streamed live on the Town’s Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/TownOfMorrisville, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The entire meeting, as usual, can be viewed on the Town’s website, https://www.townofmorrisville.org/government/live-video. Additionally, residents are invited to attend a watch party and view the meeting along with others in the bay area of Fire Station No. 1, located at 200 Town Hall Drive.
Parking will be available at the Connector Building, 240 Town Hall Drive, and in the front and rear of the Public Safety Municipal Services Building (attached to the Chamber of Commerce), 260C Town Hall Drive.
Public comments will be received between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 14, at publiccomment@townofmorrisville.org.
