On March 6, 2025, Congresswoman Foushee expressed her support for Dreamers, stating "Dreamers strengthen our communities, fuel our economy, and deserve a pathway to citizenship." She announced her co-sponsorship of the American Dream and Promise Act aimed at providing permanent protections to Dreamers nationwide.

Later that day, she highlighted her involvement with NASA's Artemis campaign by meeting with suppliers of critical components.
