Congresswoman Valerie Foushee, representing North Carolina's 4th district, has recently shared a series of statements on social media addressing significant political issues. Foushee, who has been serving in the U.S. Congress since 2023 after succeeding David Price, voiced her concerns over recent actions by Republicans and other pertinent topics.

On February 10, 2025, Congresswoman Foushee criticized Republican efforts to "cancel @NSF projects for having the words 'women' or 'disability' in the description."
