The North Carolina Courage has announced its preseason roster as the team prepares for the 2025 National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) season. The training camp, starting ahead of March's regular season opener, includes 35 players: 29 under contract and six non-roster invitees.

Defender Sydney Collins is on the season-ending injury list due to an ankle injury sustained last year. Meanwhile, Estelle Johnson has chosen not to attend training camp after maternity leave, in accordance with the new collective bargaining agreement.

The team currently occupies five of its six available international spots. One spot was traded to San Diego Wave FC during the offseason in exchange for midfielder Jaedyn Shaw.
