The North Carolina Courage have disclosed their roster decisions for the end of 2024, as required by the National Women’s Soccer League. The team has confirmed that 25 players are under contract through at least the 2025 season.

Negotiations are ongoing with some players eligible for free agency, including 2023 NWSL MVP Kerolin Nicoli. The club recently announced plans to waive defenders Julia Dorsey and Landy Mertz. Natalia Staude, a second-round pick from the 2024 Draft, is currently on loan with Tampa Bay Sun FC in the USL Super League until the end of December.

Defender Estelle Johnson will not be offered a contract extension as her current agreement ends this year. However, according to the CBA, if she does not sign with another team, she will be invited to join the preseason camp in 2025 after completing her maternity leave.

The list of players contracted through 2025 is categorized by position:

Goalkeepers: Marisa Bova, Hensley Hancuff, Casey Murphy

Defenders: Maycee Bell, Malia Berkely, Sydney Collins (SEI), Kaleigh Kurtz, Charlotte McLean, Felicitas Rauch, Natalia Staude (LOAN), Ryan Williams

Midfielders: Riley Jackson, Denise O’Sullivan, Victoria Pickett, Brianna Pinto, Ashley Sanchez, Meredith Speck, Dani Weatherholt

Forwards: Aline Gomes, Haley Hopkins, Tyler Lussi, Manaka Matsukubo, Bianca St-Georges, Cortnee Vine, Olivia Wingate

SEI indicates players on the season-ending injury list and LOAN refers to those loaned out until December 31.
