Are you or someone you know in high school with an interest in law enforcement? With Summer break right around the corner, we have the perfect opportunity for those wanting to explore the field!
The Durham Police Explorers Program is hosting a Summer Camp June 21-August 18, 2022! This is a NO COST opportunity for *Rising* 9th-12th Graders. Those attending are provided all uniforms, equipment and supplies, with lunch included. Transportation can be provided on an at need basis.
Participants will be able to learn about multiple aspects of law enforcement including:
- Patrol and Investigative Techniques
- Leadership and Team Building
- K9 Insight
- CPR Certification
- And Much More!
Minimum Requirements:
- Rising 9th-12th Grade
- Minimum 2.0 GPA
- Durham County Resident
- No serious Criminal or Traffic offenses
