Of the 750 people living in Rougemont in 2020, 60.1 percent (451) were women and 39.9 percent (299) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Durham Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 99. In the 65 and over age range, there were 93 females and 103 males.
