Computercoffee

County of Durham issued the following announcement on Oct. 2.

Due to the ongoing social distancing restrictions in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Durham Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) continue to hold meetings virtually. The next Work Session to be held this way is on Monday, October 4, 2021, at 9 a.m.

The virtual option aligns with social distancing requirements which ensure the safety of citizens who wish to participate as well as Board members and Durham County Government staff. Anyone who wishes to view the BOCC meeting can watch live on the County’s website or on the County’s YouTube channel.

Residents wishing to submit citizen comments or to comment regarding agenda items should email them to the Clerk to the Board at clerk@dconc.gov. Comments must be submitted by 12 p.m. on Sunday, October 3.

The agenda for Monday’s BOCC meeting can be accessed in both English and Spanish here, when available.

The next Regular Session for the Board will be on Monday, October 11 at 7 p.m. For a full schedule of BOCC sessions, go here.

For more information about the Board of Commissioners, visit here. Contact information for the Commissioners can be found on the Board’s webpage.
