North Carolina Courage hosts silent auction for hurricane relief this Saturday

The North Carolina Courage is organizing a silent auction to support the United Way's hurricane relief efforts in western North Carolina. The event will take place during the team's home match on Saturday, November 2.

Proceeds from the auction will be directed to the United Way’s emergency relief fund, which assists those affected by Hurricane Helene. The auction features signed memorabilia from sports figures such as Naomi Osaka and Steph Curry.

The public can participate in the online auction, with options for shipping or pick-up. Bidding begins at 6 p.m. ET on Saturday when gates open for the Courage match and concludes on Monday, November 4, at 9 a.m. ET. Auction items will be displayed inside the northwest gate on match day; however, attendance is not necessary to bid.

Available items include:

- A jersey signed by Steph Curry

- A tennis racket and dress signed by Naomi Osaka

- A tennis racket signed by Ons Jabeur

- An NC Courage Fan Pack featuring four season tickets for 2025, a team-signed ball, and a $500 merchandise voucher

- A soccer ball signed by Anson Dorrance

- Memorabilia signed by the Charlotte Hornets 2024-25 team

- Signed memorabilia from the Carolina Panthers

- A luxury suite for Charlotte FC's 2025 season with a $500 concessions voucher

Additional items may be added before the auction starts. Updates will be provided through Courage’s social media channels. Limited tickets are still available for Saturday’s match.
