TOWN OF MORRISVILLE: Your Input Needed For ADA Transition Plan: Community Engagement Survey on Accessibility

Town of Morrisville issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.

The Town of Morrisville is committed to ensuring equal access to all of its facilities, services, programs, and events and to ensuring compliance with the policies of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

We are currently in the process of conducting a self-evaluation for ADA compliance and preparing a transition plan to address any areas of need and become fully compliant.

The goal of the transition plan is the make Town services and facilities more comfortable, welcoming, and accessible to everyone.

To help develop the transition plan, we have created a survey seeking feedback from individuals with disabilities, caregivers, organizations that support individuals with disabilities, those with experience in accessibility needs and best practices, and other interested parties.
