County of Durham issued the following announcement on July 18.
An interactive open house will be held on July 28 from 4 and 7 p.m. at Durham Station for people to learn more about the Durham County Transit Plan and give their input.
The information collected at the workshop will be used to help finalize the recommended transit plan as well as inform community members about other transit improvements happening around the county. Stations will be set up to highlight a variety of projects included in the recommended transit plan.
The DCTP online survey will be open through August 19 and will be available in paper form and online via tablets at the open house. Staff with GoDurham, City of Durham, Durham County, DCHC and GoTriangle will be at the event to hear from you and provide information.
