Census Bureau: More women than men in Durham in 2020

Of the 276,341 people living in Durham in 2020, 53.1 percent (146,611) were women and 46.9 percent (129,730) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Durham Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 11,518. In the 65 and over age range, there were 19,303 females and 13,612 males.
