Durham Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb. 23.
DPD's very own Chief Andrews was featured in the discussion on law enforcement shortages presented by the NCImpact Initiative and PBS North Carolina. Along with Chief Andrews, other law enforcement representatives discuss the steps that are being taken in an attempt to address recruitment and retention obstacles faced by agencies throughout the state of North Carolina.
