Officers were dispatched to a stabbing call in the 2300 block of Charles Street around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 1. When they arrived, they found Mosquera stabbed to death inside his home.

They are also looking for anyone who may have picked up the driver of this vehicle without knowing the events that transpired prior in the night. The person driving the stolen vehicle may have had injuries including scratches, cuts, bruises or even stab wounds.
