The Washington Free Beacon reported that much of the funding for an opposition group resisting President Donald Trump’s judicial nominations comes from a “dark money” group with ties to liberal billionaire George Soros.

“A ‘dark money’ group that was established to push back against the judicial nominations of President Trump and which was at the forefront of the battle against Justice Brett Kavanaugh and continues to go after him to this day was heavily financed by Soros around the time of its inception,” the Beacon reported.

Founded in 2018, Demand Justice is piloted by Brian Fallon, a former press secretary for Hillary Clinton. While the left-wing advocacy group does not disclose its donors list, the Beacon reported it is a project of the Sixteen Thirty Fund, which falls under the umbrella of Arabella Advisors – an intricate dark money network containing dozens of liberal groups and projects.
