Morrisville Parks And Recreation issued the following announcement on Jan. 21.

As part of the Morrisville Aquatics & Fitness Center’s Maintain, Don’t Gain Challenge, their group fitness instructors have filmed some sELF-help videos to help everyone stay healthy throughout the holidays and into the new year.

For any fitness goal you have in 2022, the MAFC pool is a great place to start. Check out our fourth and final sELF help guide from our Aquatics Program Specialist, LeeAnne. She discusses how swimming can get you into shape, and reviews details you need to know to begin an effective swimming routine of your own.
