The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Durham rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 81%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $281,500 – a 12.4% increase over the $250,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Durham in the first half of 2016.
