CITY OF DURHAM: Replacing the water main in the 2600 block of North Roxboro Street

City of Durham issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.

Our Durham Saves Water crews are replacing the water main in the 2600 block of North Roxboro Street. 

This six-week project begins Monday, September 26. During this project, North Roxboro Street will be reduced to two lanes — one northbound, one southbound — in this one-block construction area. 

The North Duke Street vehicle detour is strongly encouraged!
