City of Durham issued the following announcement on Feb. 15.
Congratulations are in order to one of our GoDurham Bus Operators, Frank Burgess, who reached 2 MILLION MILES without a preventable incident.
Join us in welcoming Frank to our “Million Mile Club” with a Proclamation at the City Council Meeting on 2/20/23.
But Wait, There’s More! We have an additional 15 GoDurham Bus Operators whom each reached 1 MILLION MILES without a preventable incident that will be joining our “Million Mile Club” as well!
Monday’s City Council Meeting will be a continuation of the celebration for our incredible drivers who help keep our City moving!
